I did received the confirmation email after saving my advertisement but the link of confirmation does not seem to be active, why? If our email arrived in your SPAM box (undesirable mails), it is probable that this link was deactivated. Be sure to add our email address to your list of accepted emails so as to insure you recieve the notices and messages from the site because from then on the links should be fully activated. Finally, please note that our system will automatically resend an email if it notices that you did not confirm your account as it will assume that there was probably a problem with delivery. |

Is the addition of an advertisement free ? NO: publication does invole a charge, for the real estate professionals and for individuals but at a very low expense. At certain times we will give you PROMO CODES, like we did at the launching of the site.These codes will allow you cheaper publications, and potentially giving you free publication(s). You have no obligation to continue after a free trial period if you do not wish to continue. When using a promo code we ask you for no means of payment during a free trial period. |

I have a valid promo code but i made a mistake, I paid for the publication, what can I do? Let us know immediately by using the contact, we will reimburse you as soon as possible, 48 hours being the maximum waiting period, your reimbursment will be 100% and there will be no questions asked. Refund will be made in the same method in which you paid, which should be by paypal and bank card. There are no reimbursement charges. |

The process of saving my advertisement was interrupted, what can i do? Connect to your account and click on the RED link that indicates a problem and follow the instructions. |

Can I record my advertisment by telephone or by email ? NO: the main processes (creation of an account, recording of an advertisement) are automatic site features and must be completed online. |

Can I pay my advertisement by check or in cash? NO: all payments are to be completed by bank card. |

I was disconnected after a period of inactivity, is it normal? YES: you are automatically disconnected after a specific period of inactivity to preserve the integrity of your account (connection from a public place for instance). |

I recieved an email that told me that my advertisement was suspended because of an error, what should i do? Connect to your account and verify your advertisement, it's price, the area, please verify your information carefully, you are completely responsible for your own advertisement and for it's republication after any corrections are made. |

I made an error on the price or i would like to modify it, can you correct it ? No: the content of your advertisement was published under your own responsibility and you can modify it yourself. Connect to your account, edit your advertisement and save it with the corrections that have been made. |

I would not like to be contacted by telephone by the future buyers, how can i proceed? We never communicate with your contacts, neither by telephone, nor by email address, and all contacts should contact you using the form provided by the website, indicate your contact information to then and they will recieve it by email. |

I haven't had many inquiries on my advertisement, is that normal? Again, is it correctly written, a consistant price ? Don't think you will immediately sell if your advertisement isn't realistic, so please be very careful. People will most likely not have any interest in contacting someone who has not taken the time to correctly compose their advertisement ! The advertised prices are very important, and in our opinon the editing of your advertisement should be your highest priority and the utmost care should be taken. |

Yes: all of the advertisements are read and we suspend those which have obvious errors or those that don't meet minimum quality standards ! En complément de votre parution sur ce site, vous pouvez aller plus loin en cliquant (une fois connecté) sur Vos publicités. Dans ce cas, nous diffuserons votre annonce dans les pays qui vous intéressent avec vos mot-clés pour retrouver votre annonce. Vous définirez vous-même votre budget (à partir de 60€) et nous vous accompagnerons techniquement pour que tout soit bien fait. Mon annonce apparait dans les 20 dernières sur la 1ère page alors que je l'ai enregistré il y a quelques semaines, pourquoi ? Votre annonce apparaitra sur la 1ère page dans les 20 dernières annonces si vous venez de l'enregistrer, ou bien renouveler sa publication payante, ou encore si vous avez diminué le prix de votre bien d'au moins 5%. Ceci a pour but d'attirer l'attention sur votre annonce jusqu'à ce qu'elle disparaisse des 20 dernières. Ensuite il faudra utiliser le mode recherche pour la trouver avec les cartes géographique ou le menu. |
